I have completed Masters in Indian classical dance – Kathak and Ph.D. on the subject " Chhatisgarh ke Prachin Mandiron main Pradarshit Nratya evem Vadya Drashya", from Indra Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalay, Khairagarh. I trained under Dr (Mrs.) Suchitra Harmalkar, Pandit Ramlalji – Famous Kathak Dancer of Raigarh Gharana and Mr. Madhukar Anand – Famous Kathak Dancer & Director of Bhatkhand College of Lucknow. I have been awarded byKIRAN GOLD MEDAL and NRITYASHREE Award at Katni Organised by yuva Pidi ko Samarpit Yuva Sangathan,"KIRAN" (M.P.).

I am involved to train students and conduct solo and group performances in Kathak as well as Indian Folk dances. I have experience of choreographing dances as well.

• B.A. (Honers) (Kathak Dance) from Indra Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalay, Khairagarh, (M.P.)stood IIIrd Position in the University.

• M.A. (Kathak Dance) from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalay, Khairagarh, (M.P.) stood Ist Position in the University.

• Ph.D. on the subject " Chhatisgarh ke Prachin Mandiron main Pradarshit Nratya evem Vadya Drashya", from Indra Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalay, Khairagarh.

Teaching:

 » Mussoorie International School, Mussoorie (U.P.) as Dance Teacher (Kathak as well as Folk Dances).
 »Kalaniketan, Pune, India: Started institute and associated with many schools for special training for competitions. Performed as Judge for Bhartiya Vidyapith, Pune dance competition. 

I was examiner of Indra Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalay, Khairagarh.

Achievements and Performances: 

• Got KIRAN GOLD MEDAL and NRITYASHREE'93 Award at Katni Organised by yuva Pidi ko Samarpit Yuva Sangathan, "KIRAN" (M.P.).

• Participated various Competitions & Programmes During Schooling & achieved many Gold Medals & Certificates.

• Inter School Ekal Nritya Competition Stood Ist 1987-88 Dept. of Education. Ekal Nritya Programme arrenged by A.b.Komi E.C.Balod 12.03.1988.

• First in Yuva Sangeet Nritya Mahotsava Organised by S.C.Z.C.C., Nagpur at Vishakhapattanam from 19th Aug'90 to 23rd Aug'90.

• Participated New Delhi YMCA National Youth Festival 1990.

• Participated in Classical Dance Organised by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Youth Festival 1991 at Banaras University.

• Participated in Classical Dance Competition in the Madurai Inter-University. National Youth Festival 19900-91 Organised by Madurai Kamraj University During Feb'1991.

• Second Position in Classical Dance in the I.U.National Youth Festival held at M.K.University Feb'91.

• Participated in Classical Dance (Indian), West Zone Youth Festival 91-92 Organised by Nagpur University.

• Participated in Ekal Nritya Competition, I.R.S.Y. Utsav 1991.

• Participated in The National Youth Festival 1991-92 Organised by Banaras Hindu University in Mussical Dance.

• Participated in the West Zone, Youth Festival 1992-93 Organised by Bhavnagar University as Team Manager.

• Got Ist Position in Kathak Dance Competition at Kharagarh Kala Kendra Khairagarh 1993.
